AROma

Intense and zesty. The main characteristics of the aroma are fresh, semi-ripe juniper berries, citrus fruit (lime and lemon zest) and fresh, spicy coriander with tangerine, dried apricot and cinnamon in the background.

flavor

The initial flavor is round with zesty coriander adding flavor, ripe citrus adding freshness and juiciness to the juniper berry, plus some spices, delicate fennel and lasting ginger in the aftertaste. The flavor is a long, dry gin with good balance.

4 cl METSIS Gin
1 cl lime juice
1 rosemary stalk
Ginger ale

serve with ice and mix with the ginger ale. garnish with rosemary stalk.

Southside

4 cl Metsis Gin
2 cl lime juice
1 cl sugar syrup
2 mint stalk

Sheik and serve in a cooled glass without ice. garnish with a mint leaf.

Green Metsis

4 cl Metsis Gin
10 cl Indian tonic

pour gin into glass, add tonic and enjoy. it is that simple.
