Let me tell you a story…
We love gin, and we dreamed of having our own personal gin tap. At first, it was just us. We enjoyed it over ice, and it tasted great. Then we let our friends in, relaxing and loosening our ties, and it still tasted good. Now we also have it in bottles, so you can experience it as well. It’s nice to look at in the bottle, but mainly it’s there to be enjoyed, so you can let good things come to you. It’s beautiful to look at in the bottle too, but mostly it’s made to enjoy (responsibly) so you can let the good things come to you. Our exciting, high-quality gins have been honored with quite a few awards.
All of our gins are made from organic spirits. The rye fields that yield our crops are located around Kalvi Manor in Ida-Viru County. We use Estonian juniper and other pure flavors. Our main gin – Metsis, is the basis for all other flavors. With Metsis, we entered the world of flavors and earned great praise from various competitions. Metsis is a rather oily consistency, aromatic and lively, intense domestic craft gin, in which you can find coriander, jackfruit root, parsley, lemon peel and 4 other secret herbs, which are left to gin lovers to guess. When choosing herbs, we wanted to find components that would help create a gin that would have an effect both on the tip of the tongue and stay in the throat longer when swallowed. The desire was to create a taste experience that would not leave anyone cold. Gin is made using the Pot-still method, with a single distillation to extract as many flavors and aromas from the herbs as possible.
